I cycle -ride road and mountain bikes. Between work and cycling I don't have too much time. I ride a lot. Its kind of an addiction at this point. I do it pretty seriously -Yeah spandex and all.

I eat pretty healthy. I'm down for crazy raw food, Sushi, and whatever else is lean. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy my favorite junk foods every once and while.
