I love spring. I love the bulbs bursting out of the ground and the promise of the flowers that will soon come. I love the sound of the spring peepers at night, calling out to each other and looking for their own love. I love the birds chirping at my window in the morning singing me awake. I love the tiny red nubs on the trees that promise to unfurl into a canopy of green. I love nature, all of it. Well, except for spiders.
I love being intellectually challenged and expanding my mind. I love the sense of accomplishment that only comes when hard work pays off with success. I love my new career as well as the challenge and the immeasurable rewards that come from helping children in need. I have loved the journey to get to this place, but it’s been a lot of work so I also love that I can count the weeks before my graduation ceremony.
I love dancing in the kitchen while I cook and dancing with my kids after dinner. I also love putting on a twirly little dress and dancing on a real dance floor. I love to make up silly songs and sing them to my kids. I love singing loudly with the radio in the car when I’m alone and no one can hear. Hopefully.
I love my kids and I love watching them grow into themselves. I love spending time with them doing things together and I also love when they are away and I can spend time with my family, my friends, and myself. I would love to expand that to include spending time with an amazing man.
I love to create things, especially useful things. I love to sew clothing and toys and bags and gifts and things for my home. I love to cook. And I love people who can find something nice to say even when the cooking doesn’t turn out as planned. I love to write, I love to read and I love to talk. I love meeting new people and learning about them.
I love good chocolate, good coffee and good tea. I love backrubs in front of a roaring fire. I love thunderstorms and scuba diving and going to the zoo. What do you love?
I would love to meet a man who is grounded and mature. Someone who knows how to speak eloquently, laugh genuinely, and is ready for a real relationship with a real woman. My life is full, and wonderful, and I look forward to meeting someone wonderful to share it with.
