So as I'm writing this I find myself wondering what I should highlight since I am kinda all over the map when it comes to likes, interests, goals, etc.... So, that being said I guess I would describe myself as a charismatic person who enjoys laughing, works hard, is devoted as a friend, loyal in every way, and honest to a fault.
My friends usually refer to me as wild yet reliable-- I don't think that requires much further explanation, but inquire if you so desire. My family would refer to me as strong and sweet. I'm the girl at bbq's holding the babies, playing with the kids, but once they're off to bed I'm commandeering the slip and slide, making sure everyone has a full drink, and recruiting my friends for a slide-fest of our own.
I maintain an active lifestyle and would like to find someone that has a similar lifestyle and would like to hook up on some of the activities that make sense yet still remain able to enjoy our individual free time, I don't need to play golf every weekend and it's understandable that yoga in the park or in a hot room may not be for every guy, or most for that matter.
I would really like to find a man that can teach me a thing or two and that's strong both physically and mentally. I have a lot to give in a relationship and want to share that with someone who is intelligent, athletic, honest, and outgoing. My idea of a fun date has nothing to do with the location or really the activity, it's about hanging out with a person that is genuinely interesting and feels the same way about me, the rest works itself out.
I often enjoy spending time with friends relaxing and socializing at one of our homes or a nice patio, not hitting up the clubs and waiting in a three person deep bar line... That's not to say I don't dress up in heels and a dress very often, but it's typically more of a late dinner and local bar or wine bar. I am happy in all sorts of settings, with the right company of course. I absolutely love festivals and try to get out and see live music as often as possible, ACL is one of my favorites. I'm a native Houstonian and adore the city and how far it's come in recent years, some of the local events/places I try and get out to are: Summerfest, Beerfest, the Houston Wine Festival, Discovery Green, HLSRodeo cook off, Memorial park and Rice University for running, and all local sports teams games.
I realize I haven't talked about my work, I've recently been promoted within my company into the marketing department as a Product Marketing Manager, after spending over 5 years in software sales. My undergrad degree is in marketing, so I am very happy to finally be in a role where I can put my creativity to good use on a daily basis.
I really hope I've covered what you're interested in knowing, if not just ask!
