My friends call me Sammy. I am a self employed real estate broker, but I focus more on the financing aspect. I love what I do, and luckily I'm really good at it.
I am originally from the East Coast (New York). I moved out this way about 7 years ago for work and because it's California! Even though it is totally different from the east coast, I think I've acclimated myself pretty well. You can be the judge....
My friends would describe me as laid back with a great sense of humor and the first one to always be open for new adventures. I adore my family, and have a large group of amazing friends that mean the world to me. I am a huge sports fan, with my favorites being pro football and basketball.
I am looking for a woman that is down to earth and intelligent. I'm hoping to have long conversations with you and you need to be able to keep up. Also, a sense of humor would be fantastic. Not just because I'm so funny ;-) but because you need to be able to enjoy life.
Honesty and Integrity are really important values to me. My company even has the word "Integrity" in it. I'm hoping to find a lady with similar values...
