It has taken me some time but I have finally taken the plunge and decided to try online dating! I have been single for a bit but for reasons of self-discovery and getting back to the basics. I took a little time to find life’s balance and contentment on my own. In this time I re-discovered that I am rich in family and friendships and blessed in my life in so many ways.
It is my hope to find someone that is interested in building an incredible life together yet willing to take the time to really get to know one another. I want this special someone to have high expectations of the gentleman they are seeking as I intend to be the same way. I am not intimidated by successful women. In fact, I am seeking a confident, independent, successful woman. And when I say successful it means being happy with who you are and what you have accomplished. Sometimes we focus in on what we haven’t done in our lives that we forget the incredible things that we have accomplished. Whether it’s raising wonderful children, getting that degree, advancing your career, starting your own business, etc. etc. bottom line you define your success and it is important to be able to be happy with yourself.
As for myself, I am well liked by everyone I meet because I treat others the way I wish to be treated. The diversity of both the age range and social standing of my friends is a testament to that. If you allow me to show you I am sure you will find that I am a gentleman of the highest caliber! (I have always wanted to say that!) I am hoping to find someone that like me enjoys everything from traveling and fine dining to even just watching TIVO and cracking open a bottle of wine. Molecular Gastronomy to In Out! Going to the Theater for the Performing Arts or going to the Theater for a good movie! Time with Family and Friends to meeting new people!!
This profile description is just a glimpse of me and frankly I think I am getting a little wordy!! As I said before I am new to this so even though I am looking for someone special I also enjoy meeting new friends! I am a "Mature Grown Up Man" and I know that sometimes things don’t work out and can handle being told as such without drama or pity parties.
