I love this city!
Also, I think it's hilarious when I find those dating profiles that are brutally honest. And then there are some that are like, "whoa, what the heck kind of dates have YOU been going on?" I try to be brutally honest, sometimes it's tough, though.
I love to make people laugh, and I also think humor is the best way to bond with someone, and to me, it’s the little things in life that sometimes have the most meaning, like my tradition of "Sunday night dinner" with my family who happen to be spread out in the 'burbs. I have a lot to feel lucky about… now I’d just like to add someone else to the mix to make life even better. I very much tend to share my happiness with those around me!
I have my own business, and I spend my days working with really amazing and talented, fun, people. It's a small business, but it's mine, and I keep a very healthy work/life balance.
In my spare time I run, cook, I like to play the guitar, find coffee shops that aren’t Starbucks, have a drink with friends, or check out some live music. I'm very spontaneous, and I embrace that. It's a privledge/luxury, right?
You should get in touch if you’re open and accepting of people, you’re willing to laugh at my jokes (which may or may not be funny), and you have a warmth about you that gives me the “bring home to mom” feeling. In my ideal relationship, we somehow each make each other better than when we were alone. I saw that when my sister met her husband, and it was one of those “aha” moments.
Extra points if you agree that “your” is not the same as “you’re,” and definitely not the same as “ur.” I’m sort of a grammar geek.
