First, some fun facts!
I've lived on both coasts and toured over 22 states and 7 countries in the last four years. Once packed everything I owned and drove from CA to NY with my best friend. Through my career in music, I've performed Beethoven Sonatas for Montel Williams (a little random, I know), "Hail to the Chief" for President Obama, and the National Anthem for Jeff Gordon. I recently completed my first half-marathon and I'm planning on a full marathon this year. I'm literate, when I have the time. My favorite book is Anna Karenina, followed by, "Baby Happy, Baby Sad" which I like reading to my youngest nephew. Last but not least, I once ran into Flava-Flav and his entourage at the Philadelphia Airport. Well, so much for "fun" facts... :)
I'm a successful transplant from the West Coast, where I was born and raised in Oakland, California (I'm a huge Oakland A's fan!). Already it's been four years since I moved to Hampton Roads, and I've really enjoyed my time exploring the East Coast. I really feel like it's home now, except when I get funny looks for using the word, "hella" now and again. :)
I can be a real extrovert. I love being around people, food, and conversation! I would describe myself as passionately loyal to my friends and family. I have a passionate drive to succeed at my goals. Many things make me smile; laughing, puppies, good music, a good cup of coffee (I usually go French Press), being witty with friends, a night at the baseball game, running in the morning, and seeing my family (I try and call at least once a week). When I go out, I love to take adventures with my friends, hit the local trivia night at the pub, or just a movie at home after a long day.
I hope to meet someone who's passionate about life, dedicated to what they love to do, kind to everyone she meets and loyal to her friends and family.
I had no idea I could be this long winded... :)
