Over the years I've cast off materialism in favor of conscious and loving connections. I'm into experiences over stuff. Awhile back I started an Internet business, took it public and then downshifted into a full time dad, yoga and surf lifestyle. This shift left me with a wonderful mix of consciousness, faith and the belief that anything is possible. So many stories to tell! They all seem to end in lessons of patience, acceptance and balance.
My kids are older now, and I'm being drawn back into business by the potential of conscious application of technology to empower local independent businesses (yes i'm part geek). I've also realized that I love being in community with all kinds of people, in all kinds of places, and experiencing the transformation that is possible through heart-centered dance, music, healing, nutrition, spirituality, art, design, science, education, and yes even business. There is a way of taking life's journey without a personal agenda, discovering the unexplainable magic that exists just outside of our comfort zone. So - whatever your passion is, if it's from the heart, bring it on!
I am a super grateful person, and try my best to love my friends and family from this unconditional place. Whether we are together or apart in time, we are constantly holding space for love to flow between us. Our culture has like 100 words for money, but in ancient Sanskrit there were 100 words for love. Maybe there is a type of love that begins with on-line dating? Only one way to find out! :) Thanks for reading. Peace.
