I'm a Midwest transplant who chased the Sunshine to Los Angeles and have been loving it out here ever since. I'm easygoing, often silly, nerdy at times and I just try to have fun in whatever I do. I also try not to take things too seriously, but I won't hesitate to take charge when I want to get something done. By day I'm a driven professional with a great career and I really enjoy what I do. However, all work and no play isn't much fun so in my spare time I like to stay active and do all of the things that make me smile. That includes lots of traveling, lots of eating, spending time with my family & friends, exploring, staying fit, watching sports and enjoying great music (see Favorites Things). I'm also a bit of a thrill seeker and love activities that get my adrenaline pumping, especially scuba diving, roller coasters, skiing and go-karts. Long days on the beach, movie nights, Walking Dead marathons, and lazy Sundays are also great too. Life's too short to not be doing what makes you happy!
As for the person that I'm hoping to meet, it's someone who's intelligent, fun-loving, active, adventurous, grounded (but likes to have a good time), positive, considerate and shares my energy and enthusiasm. Someone with similar interests and values and who would be just as comfortable on a crowded dance floor as they would be at a museum, on a hiking trail or at the farmer's market. Chemistry and attraction are also a must, but that's going to differ from person to person.
