I don't even know how to begin this, so I am going to say that to start this, ha ha. Lets see, I like to make people laugh, I spend a lot of time with my friends and family doing all sorts of things, but I don't have a problem doing things on my own either. I love my job, which is working for a Recreation Department (who wouldn't want to organize a Run or a Parade?). I am also currently organizing a Relay for Life and attending school to earn my MPA.
I love watching all sports but follow baseball and hockey. My baseball team is the Angels and I can't think of a better way of spending a spring or summer evening than at the ball park with my family and friends (not just the Angels, but I love love love going to any baseball stadium). During the winter I follow the Stanley Cup Champions LA Kings (been waiting a very long time to say that and not just because of the lockout!). When talking about my teams you will hear me say "my teams" or "we need to do blah blah"...yep I think I am apart of them. Actual sports I play....well I started Curling a couple weeks ago...and its harder than you think!
I love animals, especially dogs. I have never met a dog that I didn't like (and yes I mean that). I religiously watch Pit bulls and Parolee's and with that comes me picking out a new pit bull every episode that I want to adopt. I hope to soon adopt a dog from a shelter (refuse to get one from anywhere else).
Lets see, a few other little things about me....I am very independent, a hard worker, and once I commit, I am committed. I am also a giant pushover when it comes to my nephew. He just has to look at me and say "Aunt indy" and he takes me fingers and I would follow him wherever. But shhhh about that, everybody else thinks I am a hard "butt"....what you don't believe that???? :-)
What am I looking for? I want a relationship with a best friend. I want someone that I can count on, somebody that will make me laugh, have a conversation with, and enjoy new adventures with me. I would love a guy who likes sports, you don't have to like my teams (although I will question your taste if you don't, just kidding....). You have to be able to put up with some rambling...when I get excited about something I will talk a mile a minute about it for awhile and I would love it if you would put up with it for at least a little bit! :-)
So there you have it....me and what I want in a nutshell.
