I recently left a succesful career in pharmaceutical sales in Texas to relocate to the Northern California area to be closer to my family. I never thought I'd leave my career (especially with nothing to fall back on!) But I felt God pressing on my heart that it was time to return home and enjoy this time with my family. I literally moved on faith not on funds! So far I've lived in 3 states, Tennessee being my favorite, but my heart will always be in California since my entire family lives there. I was born and raised in northern California, and I'm really close with my parents, especially my mom, so it was tough to be so far away from her as she is currently battling terminal cancer. She is the woman, wife, and mother I aspire to be like someday and she will always be my hero! I'm currently at a point in my life where I'm happy and content but would love a companion/best friend to enjoy life's journeys...so with some nudging from my mother I'm giving online dating a try and praying my Prince Charming is somewhere out there! Who is my Prince Charming?..A Christian man that will treat me with respect, kindness, and love. A man that is ready to settle down, willing and able to support a future family, and is family-oriented. Of course, he HAS to be able to make me laugh and be silly at all the right times. And last but certainly not least, I want a man that I'm attracted to physically where we have an undeniable chemistry. I feel it's important to also be completely open up front (I don't have time for games), so I'll say that I take marriage very serious and plan on only getting married once - my dream has always been to be an amazing wife and I will treat my husband like a king (all I ask in return is that he appreciates all that I will do for him...including folding his underwear!). Currently, however, I am a successful, driven, and busy career woman, but someday I'd love to be able to stay-at-home and take care of my future family. Despite my desires to want to be a "housewife" someday, I am an intelligent, witty, hard-working woman who puts her heart and soul into her career - even if that career is folding your underwear and cooking your dinner someday! In all seriousness, what could be a more important job than the woman that takes care of your children someday? In my experience not all men like my traditional views (with a modern twisy) so I'm just putting it out there up front - it may be a little too much information so soon, but if you're not okay with that then we're probably not a "match"!
