I grew up in the Midwest, spent some time on the East Coast, and now I have been here in California for 10 years. I am from a little rural town in Indiana, and I guess I will always consider myself a country man at heart. I grew up surrounded by wide open spaces, so I try to escape the city on the weekends when I can to do some hiking or if I can't do that, at least go for a run by the beach to clear my head. I consider myself a very honest and grounded person. I take my job seriously, but it doesn't define me. I like to travel, but I must admit that my passport has been completely underutilized. Hopefully I can fix that deficiency in the near future. I would say that I am a fairly quiet guy, but I appreciate a quality conversation and can hold my own debating a serious topic or discussing the latest episode of the Office. I am looking for a woman that can match my brand of dry humor and sarcasm. Ideally, she should be smart, witty, and unpretentious, and having a corny/nerdy side is a bonus. Looks do matter as well. (Remember, I did say I was honest..)
