A little bit about myself: I have been divorced for the last 4 years and have a wonderful daughter. She is currently going to grad school, is in her mid twenties and lives away from home. With some convincing (and a bit of help) from her, I decided to try online dating. I am of Serbian origin and it is my first language. It is not a barrier but another layer of my personality. I work as an electrical/mechanical assembler a few miles from my home. My work sometimes demands more time then most, however I do make sure to make the most of my free time. It usually consists of riding my bicycle through Busse Woods (which is my favorite forest preserve), riding my scooter (there is room for 2) and occasionally to the movies. I am relatively easy going, open to new things, yet I do have set morals and standards.
This is a new journey for me. I am looking for a stability, companionship and similar interests. Life sometimes gets in the way of things and I am looking for someone who I can be there for and vice verse. I am definitely looking for something that may one day lead to a serious relationship - I'm not interested in cat and mouse games.
