I recently moved to the Memphis area, relocated due to a field sales position for a consumer products firm. I graduated from college with majors in marketing and international studies, and a minor in legal studies.
My biggest life challenge was dealing with the death of my father when I was 9 years old. Everyone tells me I am a carbon copy of my Dad, which is a great compliment since he was a very successful corporate CEO.
I am physically active---I like going to the gym---running (completed a half marathon last year), participating in spinning, kickboxing and other classes. If you are looking for a petite blonde Barbie with big breasts, I am not your cup of tea. I am a true Italian, dark hair, curvaceous booty.
I have a sarcastic sense of humor. I am blessed with many friends, but I am looking for a special companion who can challenge me and introduce me to new things. Nothing beats eating, drinking and being merry, but I also love to go to sporting events, concerts, and movies.
My ideal mate would be mature and have interests of his own. I don't do well with "needy". He would like to travel as well as enjoy an evening cooking dinner at home. Bonus points are awarded for a good foot rub. I am not a snob in terms of requiring someone with multiple degrees, but my man should be engaged in life. Be interested and interesting! I want to meet someone with whom I can enjoy conversation, someone who is a good friend as well as a romantic partner.
I am a very happy person. I want to be with a man who has a positive outlook and who can live life with joy, someone with a robust sense of humor and a zest for living. You don't have to look like Brad Pitt or have a washboard six pack, but you do need to have maturity, intelligence and a great sense of humor.
Dealbreakers for me would be addictions (drugs, nicotene or alcohol) or financial instability (encumbered with credit card debt due to living beyond your means).
