Welcome to my profile. before I begin, I would like to extend well wishes to you, so may the rest of your searching, weather online or off, be successful.
I am Chris, Phoenix native, Navy Veteran, brother to two wonderful sisters, Uncle to 2 beautiful little girls, and proud son of two fantastic parents. As you can tell, my family is a very big part of my life, for without their love an support, many of my successes in life would not only mean considerably less to me, but I may not have been able to accomplish them.
My journey in life has had it's ups and downs, but I'm happy to admit that I've had more bright spots, and that is a testament to my positive outlook on life, and my ability to take a step back and see what is truly important. Life is far to difficult as it is to put added stress on situations. I'm a big picture thinker in this regard, and generally live it as though it will work itself out.
My friends and family would describe me as genuine and honest, a bit shy at first, but once the ice is broken, I'm an open book, with a witty and playful attitude towards people. Generally, I find that most people tend to enjoy my company, and I have an easy time holding conversation with old friends and new acquaintances. I will have to admit though, I am a bit more timid when being my complete self when meeting women whom I wish to express romantic interest in.
The story of my life right now? I have a fantastic job, with tremendous upside. Do I have goals outside of my career? Absolutely, and I'm taking a slow and methodical approach to accomplishing those goals while I improve my skills in my position. Where do I see myself in ten years? At the moment, I am very enthusiastic about my job, but I plan on making attempts outside of work to make something more of myself, so I do plan to take a risk or two in the next 2-5 years, and with any luck, during this time I will find that individual that makes my world complete.
Now, as for what I am looking for, I would hope that it would parallel my values and personality that I have laid before you. Being family orientated, goal driven, easy going and competitive in nature are all fantastic qualities that I am searching for. I would also like to find someone who is and wants to be active. My current selection of friends, although I feel they are some of the best people in this world, are a bit (for lack of a better term) lazy. I do find myself alienating myself from them on occasion because some of the actives that I like to enjoy in regards to social and physical activities.
Building on that, I would also like to find someone who is willing to challenge me to look beyond myself, and find something greater. Find a way to resonate with me, and I will be glad to return the favor 10-fold.
