I must confess, I am a romantic at heart. I still believe in the magic that comes from the right kiss, that certain look or the tone of voice that makes a guy yearn for a woman. To me mental stimulation is just as important as physical stimulation, so unless someone has both of these qualities, I get bored very easily. This might sound strange, but one of the biggest turn-ons for me is a woman with an incredible vocabulary. Might as well just hose me down because it is over if I hear a woman speak using those million dollar words and actually knows what they mean.
I love good restaurants, the arts, film, and music, anything that makes you really think or stimulates the senses. Music is my passion, it is the one thing in my life that I cannot live without. I have been singing since I was young and I write, sing and record my own original music. No starving musician here, I just like the craft :-) I also like to run and go cycling as we all must keep a sound body. I don't drink, smoke, or do any kind of drugs, never have, never will, but that doesn't mean I mind anyone else doing that, I say live and let live. I live life with a good attitude, I like to see the positive things in life because I have found that if you have a positive outlook, things just always seem to go your way. If I run into people who are very cynical or unhappy, I make sure I stay as far away from them as possible. I don't stress over anything, unless it is something very very important.
I consider my family and friends very dear to me and if there is something I can do to help them in any way I will. Sometimes I help people that I don't know just for the joy of doing it, not expecting anything in return. I do believe in karma and I treat people as I would like to be treated. I love to laugh and can be goofy at times, so don't let the serious tone of the previous paragraphs fool you :-)I think my ideal match is a woman who is driven, but not a workaholic. She knows what she wants, has "found" herself, knows how the world works and is not afraid to take the bull by the horns. Her smile will light up the room and my soul as well. She is affectionate and caring, not afraid to show that affection in public, in good taste of course. She loves all kinds of music and has a few favorites that she doesn't mind sharing, even if they are not "popular".
She won't mind if I serenade her every once in a while, in English or in Spanish. What really moves me about a woman is when she is just kind and generous and does not do things expecting something in return. This is the type of woman i will treat like a queen, because she makes me feel like a king. One rule of thumb with me is the more you ask the less you get, the less you ask the more I give, strange but true. We all have our idiosyncracies it's just a matter of knowing what you can live with and what you can't.
I hold intellect in high regard as mental stimulation is something that takes me to a higher level. I don't even mind if she is smarter than I am, that just means that I can learn something from her. Maybe I can teach her a thing or two as well. It's all about keeping an open mind and having fun through life, because life is too short to worry about every little thing. P.S.
