I just turned 25 and I'm about to start a new job, I figured I would try something new. Although I like going out to the bars on the weekends, it's tough to meet someone, let alone have a decent conversation, without screaming over the music. I'm pretty young still, so I'm not looking to settle down tomorrow.
I teach kindergarten and it's the best job. I get to sing and dance all day, and six year olds have some pretty fun things to say. I'm pretty easy going and I'm always down for a fun adventure. I'll decide on a whim to visit a friend in NY or another down in DC. I'm really into sports, and played variety of them growing up. I got into running this past year, and I finished two marathons and a handful of half marathons. So I like to go running down Kelly Drive or Valley Forge, and I'll probably start training for a triathlon soon.
My family is obviously important to me, as I come from a huge family. I'm the oldest of eight( Irish Catholic) and have a ton of cousins. It's overwheminlg to some people, but it's never boring and a ton of fun. I'm a practicing Catholic and that's pretty important to me. It's not a deal breaker, but it's something I'm looking for.
I'm looking for someone who gets my dry sarcastic sense of humor, and can laugh at themselves once in a while. I like a bunch of different shows and music, and hopefully we could share that. I love baseball, especially the Phillies, so being into sports would be a plus. I don't have time for games, mostly because I don't like wasting my time and I think it's dumb.
