About me: I love to travel (wish that I could do it more often). I work A LOT but really try my to maintain a balance between work and the rest of my life. I like meeting new people, but love my close friends to pieces. I have really deep and intimate relationships with friends and with my family. I am shy at first, but do open up after time. My guilty pleasures are George Carlin and Oscar Wilde, so if you are a bit on an a*! that can make me laugh, I may keep you around for a little while - but I am a very generous person, so selfishness just does not work for me. I am a fairly intellectual person, and like to discuss ideas at length. The most important things in my life are my spiritual beliefs, my family/friends and work (in that order). I feel blessed to have a job that I love, and one that challenges me intellectually, emotionally and spiritually on a daily basis. I am honestly looking for a relationship more than casual dating at this point in my life, but believe that all relationships & friendships grow at their own pace (meaning that I'm not interested in rushing - would rather let things develop organically than when my watch says it's time!). I am fairly traditional when it comes to gender roles; I like for men to take the lead, so long as I feel respected and cared for.
