I grew up with two older brothers, so laughing and athletics has always been a big part of who I am. I've lived in Cleveland my whole life, minus my college years, so I've learned to love teams that disappoint and cheering for the underdog comes as second nature. I'm a first grade teacher for an inner city private school. Although I grew up in the suburbs, I've always felt a calling to teach inner city kids. Every day is something new and unexpected and I couldn't see myself doing anything else. I also coach freshman girls basketball at the high school I attended and have been doing so for five years now. I have a core group of friends that I have known since high school. I'm fortunate enough to have them all live close by and to see them often. I view them as part of my family and wouldn't be the person I am today without them.
I'm looking for a relationship, but with that it won't happen over night. I like to keep a balanced life with all I do, so "me" time is something I need and would hope you would want too. Ultimately I'm looking for someone who can make me laugh and can keep up with my sarcasm. Someone who has goals and wants to continue to grow. My faith is something that is important to me, so I would hope to find someone that shares the same values and beliefs. Friendship is the most important thing and I want to base a relationship off of that.
