I believe in the law of attraction and so everyone who comes into our lives is as a result of our energy and our thoughts. So if it is that we connect then it really isn't by chance but it's our vibrations which have somehow collided. Just so that you know, I live in the Caribbean, I moved back here from Florida in 2011. So if you you want to take a chance and get to know somone who lives thousands of miles away in another country then we should get to know each other :).
I have no expectations and I'm perfectily happy finding a wonderful, deep and meaningful friendship on Match. I've also considered that yes I live in the Caribbean so the logistics in terms of having a relationship with someone in another country is challenging. What am I looking for? I guess I'm just excited to see how this unfolds and who I cross paths with.
I'm at that stage where I'm starting over so life has taken on a whole new meaning. I want to laugh, have fun and be around people who are positive and inspirational. I want to also share experiences, philosophies about life and views on spirituality. I'm Christian but I believe in the law of Karma, so I guess you can say I'm rather mixed up when it comes to religion. I've had many challenges in my life but I truly believe they have made me into the woman I am today. Integrity is extremely important to me and I expect the same in a partner. Kindness matters to me...to people and animals. I am from a different culture so open-mindedness is important to me, we are all the same and are part of one universal energy, so there is no room for judgement and prejudice in my world. I am a simple person, with simple tastes, what makes me happy is being shown respect and being appreciated. I'm living what I believe is a "purpose-filled" life...I try to inspire others and help those in need wherever possible. I am truly grateful for my friends, my family and for this life and I intend to make the best out of every moment.
What excites me is intelligent conversation, world affairs, politics, philosophy and ambition.
In terms of a romantic connection with someone, I truly believe that it will happen when it is supposed to, when the timing is right, when that person is ready to meet me and vice versa.
