I've been having an amazing time traveling for the last one and one-half years. I drove across the country with my dog, settling in Miami. I migrated to St. Augustine and about four months later, drove back across our varied land and returned to Los Angeles. Still ready for more adventure, I got an apartment in Paris and flew to Europe with my dog for a photographic tour of a beautiful city. While there, I rented a car and took a six thousand kilometer drive through Western Europe. I came home after a few months but returned to Italy last June, coming home in July. Somewhere in there, I went to Tucson for my nephew's college graduation. I'm considering another trip somewhere soon, but within our national borders.
I'm divorced with no children. I love children and I'm open to yours if you are a mother, but I no longer feel the need to have biological children of my own. I do have a great little companion as seen in my photos but I'm allergic to cats. Travel, staying fit, photography, great food, nice clothing and gadgets are all things I enjoy. I take care of myself by eating right, working out regularly and paying attention to my body. Music moves me, from the soul-touching Cat Stevens to the hard ass Irish punk of the Dropkick Murphy's. I fall asleep to Andres Segovia and workout to a mix of 80's and current Top 40. I found success in business for twenty-five years, was para-military for nine and highly spiritual for seven. If you add that up, it's more than my age allows... there's overlap. Actually, I thought about claiming I was forty like some I know fudge the truth, but I'm a man that prizes integrity and haven't time for untruths. I am forty-eight years old, and all my pictures are less than one year old.
I'm looking for someone special; not special in general, but special to my heart. I tend to think with my head and temper that with my heart, yet to be driven to leading with my heart is pure bliss and something I'm ready to slow down enough to feel again. As much I'd like to say I look forward to dating, it's really finding that special woman I look forward to - not the dating. I love the saying: "A Strong Match Burns Fire" and the adventure that manifests from that fire is the best kind of adventure. The woman in whom I'd find interest, takes care of herself. She enjoys learning, conversation and adventure. I'd like to meet a kind woman, with flair and a bit of an edge - like me.
