Hi! I guess I'll start with saying that I've been incredibly lucky in my life; I have an amazing family, a great group of friends and a job I really love. Originally from Long Island, I've been living in Hoboken for a little over 5 years and love it. I definitely don't think I could live without the bustle of the city, but I do like being able to leave it behind at the end of the day too. I love to cook, ski and spend time with my family and friends. Hockey is my most favorite sport, with football being a close second. Going to a hockey game would be a perfect date for me. In terms of music, I'm a big country fan - I wouldn't say it's a must, but it would definitely be a plus if you like listening to a little Eric Church (at least sometimes) too! Work wise, I feel very fortunate to be able to call what I do every day a job. During college I was set on finding a career in the sports world, but after a few different internships I decided I would give the family business a try instead. I've been at a ladies clothing company ever since and am positive I made the right decision. On any given day I'm able to be involved in every aspect of our business, from design to sales, which definitely keeps the day's moving fast.... But, before I sound completely corny, I'll admit that of course I sometimes have a tough day too, it is after all a family business haha... When I was in college I was able to study and intern in London for a semester, which was amazing. While I was abroad I was able to see a lot of different cities throughout Europe. It was so awesome seeing how many different cultures there are out there and how beautiful the rest of the world is. Since college I've done some traveling, but I would love to do more - especially with a guy who also wants to get out and see more of the world. At the end of the day, I guess I'm just looking for the guy who is going to be my best friend, who will challenge and support me. It's really important to me that he has a strong relationship with his family, values his friends and works hard at what he does every day. I'd like to find someone who is just as happy enjoying a nice meal and wine as he is drinking some beers at a hockey game or at a bar with friends. I want to find someone who will introduce me to new things and be open to trying things I enjoy, as well as, find new things to experience together. A sense of humor is a plus and I definitely don't think chivalry is dead :) Send me a note if this sounds like you!
