I am a very motivated, strong, confident, independent, loyal, respectful, affectionate, and happy woman. I love to see how small things give others great joy; from baking, to cards or notes, lending a hand, an ear, a smile, a thank you, to having dinner ready when my man gets home (on occasion ... I work full time so give a girl a break ;-))
I spent my childhood in Germany and have traveled to several countries in Europe (Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Amsterdam); my favorites are Austria and Italy. A few countries I would like to visit are Ireland, Scotland, and Greece for their beautiful country-side and architecture.
I greatly enjoy my work and have worked very hard for everything I have. My 2 kids are the most important and precious things in my life and I enjoy seeing them grow into their own personalities.
I enjoy being with my friends and family and positive and hard working people. I love trying new and/or unique restaurants, BB's, and traveling to large cities or the country. I love to bake, trying new recipes to cook, and a good glass of wine. I workout as much as I can and love to be outside.
I am strong-willed with a sarcastic nature and sure of what I want. You should not be easily offended even after communicating just a few times. Communication is key in a relationship and, next to honesty, trust, and affection, the most important qualities (intelligence and physical attraction are a given ;-)). I don't need a man. I want and desire a man in my life to share the good and bad times with; to experience life's adventures and beauty with; to laugh, joke, cry, fight, be affectionate and make up with. I prefer a man who takes care of himself physically and can keep a house mostly clean and organized; of course there are always exceptions .....
I am old fashioned in the sense that I like a respectful, well poised man who still believes and practices chivalry and who can plan a date or a get-away. A sharp dresser and a man who can fix and/or build things is a huge plus. I prefer a romantic but fun and humorous man I can spend time with and support, encourage, and appreciate.
A great time could vary from an evening at home cooking together, spending time with a group of friends out on the town or game night at home, going on a day trip or a hike, to sharing an intimate evening together. Time alone or time with friends every now and then is just as important. I would love to learn about and experience all of your joys and hobbies and taste in music. Those are some of the most exciting things to do with someone.
You must love kids and be loving, supportive, and thoughtful. And, everything that I am looking for in a man, I exhibit myself.

I'm excited to start the next book in my life and hope to make it an exciting and adventurous one with a great man!!!
