Character, Competence, and Humility are key in what I am looking for, because it is a good reflection of myself. I look for an someone that is active. I am athletic and love to be outdoors, camping, football, fishing, you name it and I'll have fun doing it.
I am very driven and have always sort of been "ahead of my time" in a way. I plan to get my MBA in the coming years, while still working full time, but have really enjoyed wedging in a little bit of the real world in between :)
