Athletic and toned? I used to be but I have taken a couple of years off. . . .
About average? I am not sure, I still have the shoulders and blue eyes but I sure don’t consider myself above anyone else. How about somewhere in between?
I have been told I have good teeth, nice feet and I’m intelligent. Ok, seriously, filling this out is a little like completing a resume for potential employment. . . Now, if I can just make to the interview : )
I know we are all trying to be honest and describe ourselves to the best of “Our Abilities”. But it’s just that, our opinions of ourselves, and we dare not put the negative things, i.e. "I love chick flicks". My daughter is embarrassed at that little fact. Her big tuff dad watches chick flics. She also thinks it’s hilarious! Oh, and the movie must have a happy ending. Life is challenging enough (in a good way) so I prefer my entertainment to depict happiness, enlightenment or at least the pursuit of.
Traveling, well realistically I still have a 13 yr. old daughter to help through school so, Europe and Hawaii are out for a couple of years. However, I just discovered Avila Beach, the Chumash Indian trail, a great camp site on the water and the laid back attitude of likeminded people who tend to travel and reside in that area. This just maybe my new hot spot!
I am looking for a companion to take short Harley rides, meet for dinner, a drink by the pool, a glass of wine in the spa, help with the dishes, laundry etc. I imagine if we enjoy each other’s company, most things will be fun and enjoyable together.
Friendship! I would appreciate the opportunity to meet for coffee, share dinner and take walks with good conversation. Back rubs and long talks with kind words for both is a desire. A night on the couch with a blanket, dinner and a board game would be fantastic, as would a night at the local pub dancing w/ friends and playing pool. I would like to be able to call up on a Fri and play hooky if schedules allowed.

I used to enjoy coaching my son who raced motorcycles, making all of my daughter’s practices and wake boarding, ok, well driving the boat! My job requires some nights and weekends. Some find it difficult to work around though it also allows for space. I have two wonderful children. I have spent most of my adult years with them at my side. And this is not a negative! However, my children are truly a priority to me. I am not just a weekend dad however, my children have become older and require less of my time now!
I used to fly in the Military and was fortunate enough to have traveled substantially and lived in various countries. I have a deep appreciation for where we live. I now have an exciting job which also leads to fun conversation. I do not take my work home w/ me. After work, and truthfully often during, my attention is focused on the simple enjoyment of life, relaxing and humor.
If you’ve made it all the way through this, you know that I’m a talker and have some insight to whether or not we might have a connection.
