Until recently I've put a lot of emphasis on work over everything else, trying to change that now. I've only been in the area for a few years, so I still enjoy exploring and trying new things. The random adventure or day trip is definitely a favorite activity of mine. Former career provided a lot of travel, so it's nice exploring one area for a bit and putting down some roots.
I'm pretty laid back, but definitely not quiet by any means. I'm open minded when it comes to trying new things, especially with food, travel, music, etc. I'm just looking to meet someone who is fun, laid back, likes to laugh, enjoys a random adventure, and maybe also hasn't had time to meet people due to a busy work schedule. I like having good conversations and getting to know people; whether it's over coffee or a drink, a walk on the beach, or during a run. Different styles are a good thing, means we'll both get to experience something new.
I like to stay physically active (I enjoy running and tennis), grab dinner/drinks with friends, cook up something new in the kitchen, and be involved in the community. I adopted a puppy a few months back, so playing with him is a new interest of mine.
