Hey, you never know where life will take you!
At home, I value that cooking in an art and baking is a science; therefore, I never attempt the latter for fear of having to eat the results. Since cooking is a bit more forgiving, I play in this area, and those who've tried my holiday turkey say it's the best ever.
I believe in a “spoon full of sugar” mentality: anything can be fun if you have the right attitude. On a recent flight, a fellow passenger who paid for business class was bumped to coach with me because someone else was upgraded to his seat. He was just a bit upset!
I assured him business class was a myth, not truly as magical as they would have you believe.Then, I invited him to have dinner and a drink with me coach style. We had a blast discussing the merits of chicken vs. beef!
