I'm a British guy living in LA for the last 6 years. I enjoy the outdoors; running and hiking are my favorite hobbies, and I love the beach.
I have a pretty crazy work schedule as I actually work in Northern California and commute up there for a few days each week, returning to Los Angeles for 3 days a week. When I'm not working up north I'm lucky to be traveling somewhere in the world for my job. I've covered a lot of amazing places in the last 18 months: Sydney, London, Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Hong Kong, Tokyo.... it goes on. Fortunately this has slowed down a little and I'm now spending more time remodelling my house.
A great partner for me would be someone who is also active, smart and has travelled. I work hard at my job so I like to unwind at the weekends, but not stay in too often. I don't take myself too seriously outside of work, and someone who brings that out in me would be great. Being able to put up with me being out of town half the week is important at the moment too - it's not something I think is ideal either!
I have a bit of a nerdy side to me as well, and like board games and puzzles. So I'm someone who likes playing volleyball and can appreciate a good game of Scrabble. But probably not at the same time ;-) Also, full confession... I think Murder She Wrote is great because it makes you think, and I like Country music! If there's anyone left interested at this point let me know! ;-)
