I live a very planned out life. I have a plan for today, tomorrow, and 5, 10 years from now. However, let it be the Lord's will, not mine.
I signed a modeling contract at the age of 15, only to discover what I already knew: I loved academia significantly more than fashion. I left the modeling world to attend college, graduated 3 short years later as a Legal Studies major, and jumped right into work in Corporate Law. I am supposed to be in law school right now, training to be a corporate attorney, but put it on hold to start my own business, a social network expected to launch in the new year. I am a nerd at heart, love to read, and I ask way too many questions. I've never had a drop of alcohol in my life, even though I've been peer pressured numerous times. I'm far from perfect, but I am very proud of the woman I've become.
My life is full of love. Love for God, my family, friends, good food, great conversation, and all things law and business. I am spunky, outgoing, open-minded, respectful, loving, kind, a deep thinker, analytical, very independent, and most importantly, incredibly hilarious. I have been told I am the funniest person most of my friends know. I think I also have a really infectious laugh, but that may just be me. I am originally from Southern California, but have lived all over the country in the past year. I'm Indonesian, Portuguese, and Dutch, which explains why I look foreign and odd :)
I am new to the area and am looking for some new friends, possibly more than a friend. I've been single for awhile now due to my business (I travel a lot). I co-founded a social network, SOOLIGAN, that is officially launching Superbowl weekend. I work morning to morning, usually, so it definitely leaves very little time for my personal life. I am on Match because I heard this is the efficient way of meeting people. Filter out the people that you know you won't get along with and mingle with the people you have a chance with. Saves time for everyone, and I definitely can use more time these days :)
Ideal man: smart, funny, easy to talk to, honest, dependable, knows what he wants in life, has a career plan, likes to eat, not a PLAYER. I'm not very vain, I care very little for looks. I don't care about how much money you make - I make a pretty good living myself, and have been for as long as I can remember. So don't try to impress me with flash and dazzle. I am not the one.
