Well I have been active for about 3 months and thought something good was going to come out of a contact. I deleted my account and needless to say, I came back (thanks to my Best Friend who loves me dearly LOL). After my subscriptions runs out, I will not be renewing. I am leaving this crazy life of mine in the fate's hands. Hopefully what I know I deserve will make its way to me!
Since I have to describe myself, I would have to say I am laid back, love to try new things, easy to get along with, love and care a lot. Maybe a little too much at times. Some see it as a downfall, but I see it as a part of me and who I am. I love to laugh. I have been told my laugh is contagious! I enjoy nights out, movies at home, fun physical activity (ropes course, running, etc. . . ) comedy shows, surprises, and anything new!
In my spare time I love to spend time with family, friends, and my little one Jayden. I enjoy working out in the gym and running. I run at least 5 miles 5 to 6 times a week. It keeps me focused and grounded and most of all it makes me happy. I recently took on the job of Assistant Coach to my 8 year old's soccer team. I LOVE doing it and in the process learned a lot about the sport. The plus side is that I get to be a soccer mom! I am def. one of those girls who loves sports (as I was an athlete in HS) but when someone looks at my they are sure to think "there is no way this girl is sporty!" My son thinks it is so cool his mom knows about sports :) My son is my LIFE and if you don?t like kids then please stop reading now. I am not looking for someone to be a dad to him or someone to pawn him off on, BUT I do want a positive role model around when that time comes. If the person I connect with has kid(s) I promise to one day love your kids like I love my own. Some people think that just BC someone has a kid they don?t have time and that is not the case with me. I have perfect balance in my life. I will always make time for those that I care about and love.
I am a trainer for a Verizon Agent, A Wireless. I have been doing it for 8 years and would not trade it for the world. I am an East Carolina University graduate with a Business degree and a minor in Finance. Hopefully when time permits I can go back and get my Masters.
I'm certainly not perfect. I have faults, like we all do. I have no intention of finding fault in anyone. I trust that we learn from our "mistakes' and grow from our acknowledged "faults." The first step to fixing something is acknowledging that it is broken.
Few Dislikes:
I have had my fair share of "moderate drinkers" and that experience left me a little sour. I want someone who knows how to have to fun without having alcohol influences. I certainly don't mind social drinking and enjoy a beer and/or a glass of wine, but if drinking is the only way you know how to have fun then, no thank you. Often times I choose not to drink BC making it home is important to me :)
I prefer nonsmokers. I watched my grandfather lose his life due to his habits i.e. smoking and prefer someone loves life enough to choose NOT TO SMOKE. Smoking is a deal breaker for me.
I want someone who truly has time to give to a relationship but also understands the need to have a guy's night or girl's night out. Additionally, family is also important to me. I visit often as they live 45 minutes down the road.
My choosing to accept and/or not accept certain things, are not only for me but for my son as well. I have my head on straight and I am ready for something serious MINUS games. If you want to know anything else about feel free to email me. I am shy so you will have to make the first move!
