I am an open-minded, financially secure professional, who is looking for the right individual to share their life with. I'm smart, athletic, affectionate, fun, passionate, and creative. I enjoy my work. I am 5'7'' 140lbs and I like to keep fit. I enjoy the outdoors and outdoor activities. I grew up in Hawaii so most of the activities I like have to do with the water. My favorite pastimes are scuba diving (prefer the warm water), swimming, sailing (although its been awhile), camping, dancing, riding motorcycles. I also enjoy the movies, dining, painting, music, shooting pool (didn't say I was good at it), laughing, and curling up with a good book. I'm also, willing to try anything once with the exception of jumping out of, or off of high places. I am a big proponent of laughter. I have seen the magic in relationships when people can laugh together. I want someone who enjoys exploring (ideas and places). I feel just as comfortable dressed up for the opera as grunging out for a concert. I love traveling and go at least 3 times a year (part of my plan to see the world). I especially love warm places near the water... Hawaii, Brazil, Mediterranean, Australia, etc.
Once someone is close to me, they have a special place in my heart always. I am blessed to have a great family and friends and love spending time with them.
I'm not looking for an instant relationship. I rather take the time to get to know someone... slowly and without any pressure. I’m looking for a man who has a good since of humor, easy going, intelligent, kind, and enjoys doing things. I would not like to be with a man who just wants to sit at home watching TV. I do enjoy relaxing at home just not all the time. He would be a man who enjoys life. Someone who doesn't need someone to complete them but needs someone to enhance his life. I’m interested in someone who eventually would like to have a committed relationship. My kids are out of the house so I now have more time for Me and hopefully that special someone.
P.S. I know it's not that romantic, but I'd rather meet for a quick coffee first to make sure there's some chemistry before I spend a lot of time texting back and forth or committing to a long dinner date. If you're one of those that want to date on line before you actually meet then you'll have to find someone who has more time than me. On the positive side, if we do hit it off I'll make plenty of time to share our adventures. Talk to you soon. ?
