So, I'm totally new to the online dating thing and I have no idea what to expect. Seems like a lot of my friends have met some great people on here, so I've given in and I'm giving it a shot.
Anyway, I just moved to Chicago from Boston and am excited to be back. I lived here about 10 years ago and so much has changed!
I've always been a career guy and have moved around A LOT since college (Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Denver, Chicago, DC, LA, San Francisco, Greenville and Boston to name a few). Chicago is easily still my favorite city and I plan on staying.
I always try to leave work at the office and enjoy my free time.
Speaking of free time, I enjoy warm weather, but live for winter! I love to snowboard and try to go often (not sure boarding in the Midwest is going to be great, but we'll see). Not snowboarding isn't a deal breaker, but I'm a pretty good teacher (hint hint). I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, etc.
I'm a big college sports fan and have been known to slip into a bit of a funk if my team loses (as they usually do)! I've also been known to jump on to a plane with no real plans, other than just going somewhere (South America, Mexico, etc). Being spontaneous is a good thing. I'm a big boxing fan also...I usually fly to Vegas a few times a year to see big fights and spend way too much money on a seat....Ha, I don't expect any woman to ever go with me, but huge points if you do!
I do know how to relax also! I enjoy a good movie, horrible reality TV shows (sometimes), cooking and wine.
OK, I'm going to wrap this thing up...are you really still reading this??? I'm a nice, smart, attractive guy, with a great sense of humor. I'm looking for someone who has a PHD in Bio Chemistry, Physics, or Latin. I would also accept a masters in linear equations. Simple enough? Ok fine, just like good wine and great conversation and we're on the right track!
