My name is Tom and I'm about 6-feet tall and weigh in at 185-190 pounds. I'll turn 35 years old in August. Yikes, getting up there in age lol. Some people say that I have an athletic type body, but I don't know. It's not like I stare at myself and make judgement, lol. But I guess I'm an average build kind of guy. I do try to stay fit and keep active for the most part.
Oh, I'm not very photogenic :p.....I'm just camera shy and don't like taking pictures of myself.
I love the NBA and love playing basketball too, but I'm no Jeremy Lin lol. I enjoy watching movies from time to time. Pretty much a little of everything. During my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking. I'm not the best cook, but good enough to get cravings every now and then. I love going to amusement parks such as California Adventure, Disneyland, or even to Universal Studios. As far as pets goes, I don't have any but I love dogs. They are just so cute and incredibly smart. No matter how big they are, they will always be puppies to me.
My nationality is Chinese and can speak Mandarin, but English is my primary language. I was born in Taiwan, but came to America when I was roughly 4-years old I think? So I'm a Chinese American. My favorite foods are pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, and sushi. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Although I love food, I do have a healthy diet for the most part. I tend to splurge on the weekends though. We can't eat good all the time right? Got to enjoy life and what life has to offer.
I don't usually drink, but I don't mind drinking good wine every now and then. Lately, Stella Rosa wines have appealed to me more than any other wine. Would you like to go wine tasting with me?
I have a healthy lifestyle for the most part. I work full time for the school district and lead a normal life.
I'm on here hoping to meet someone to become friends with. If it leads to something more, that's great. If not, I don't mind just being friends or have someone to talk to, hang out, or do things together.
I'm a sincere guy, who is always responsible for my actions. I'm a hard worker and very dedicated. I'm very punctual and rarely late. I care about others, and have an open mind. People see me as being shy, but that's because I am. But once you know me, the shyness goes away. I'm a lead person at work so I can't be that shy, lol.
Despite all the things we could be doing and dealing with the complexity in life, doing the simple things sometimes can bring a lot of ease. I do not mind staying home, playing board games, reading a good book, cuddling with the right person, and just make the most out of the evening.
The person I am looking for would have to be caring, kind, and sincere. Someone that is loyal and honest. Having an open mind is a nice trait because it doesn't make you extremely picky about everything. As long as the person is nice and has a positive personality, I would love to meet her.

The first date would have to be an introductory type meeting. I would love to take her out to eat, while having a conversation. We can walk somewhere, grab something to drink at a Starbucks or something. Then we can talk about us and basically just trying to get to know each other. If she's still interested in me after all that, then we can begin to move forward into a friendship or relationship.
