I had to be convinced to give online dating a shot, so here goes nothing. I'm a pretty traditional guy (hence the aversion to online dating) and I'm originally from Chicago. South Florida became my home eight year ago and I'm happy with my location and the friends I've made. Work keeps me very busy and I enjoy what I do.
Family is important to me, as an only child I am close to my parents.
I am an incredibly loyal guy. The two most important things I've learned from previous relationships are that you need to be able to be totally open with each other, regardless of how difficult a subject might be, and that you need to treat each other the same way you'd want to be treated. You can't have just one and expect things to work. You can't be afraid to be honest and talk about how you feel.
I have a great group of friends in Florida, DC, (where I lived for a year) and back in Chicago Never a shortage of places to go and things to do.
