I am an elementary school teacher in The Bahamas. I love my job and my life, but I am looking for that little something else. I travel to FL a few times a year, usually to just get off the rock, and so it would be great to get to know someone in the Fort LauderdaleMiami area to just meet up and see the sights with. I would also welcome anyone who wants to come and stay here for a short, cheap holiday!
Whilst I teach here now, I eventually want to teach in The States, not too fussy where, and so when I've done all the renovations to my house I can do I will rent it out and look to relocate.
I'm quite proud of the fact that I've set up a nice life for myself here in The Bahamas. A lot of my family live on the island (and the other islands) too so I am very comfortable here. All that's missing is someone to share that with (other than my dog!).
I'm passionate about sports. I love watching and keeping up to date with my team from back home in England (Reading FC), but I also am a fan of the Heat. I confess that this is only a recent development as I have only just really begun to understand it. I watched most of the Heat's games last year and I listen a LOT to 790 The Ticket on my car radio on the way to and from work. I basically have been trying to find a closer alternative to my home team because I really miss watching live sports. I enjoy watching football too, but I think there's more to understand about that sport than basketball so I have a way to go before I truly understand it!
I'm hoping to attract an intelligent girl who is really caring. I believe that looks are very important but it is essential that there be something behind the pretty eyes. The right person should wow you with their mind, not just with their looks!
