I am a native Southern Californian who is excited to have just moved home after 18 years living in Pittsburgh, PA.
I have 2 wonderful, beautiful teenage daughters who are the center of my universe. I love kids of all ages and so if you have your own and things go well, my girls and I look forward to getting to know them.
Personality wise, I would describe myself as easy going and level headed. I pride myself on my ability to keep things in perspective which keeps me off the "emotional roller coaster". I am definitely a happy person who looks at the world from a "glass half full" perspective. I can't wait to see what the future holds!
I love to go out to dinner, parties, movies, concerts and sporting events either as a couple or with friends. I have lots of interests including; traveling, photography, off-road motorcycling, playing guitar (poorly), scuba diving, boating, (I have a ski boat) and listening to music. I love to laugh and enjoy life as much as humanly possible. Between work, kids and friends I am pretty busy and so I also enjoy quiet nights at home, typically by watching a movie or reading.
I passionately believe in giving back to the community and for the past six years I served on the Board of the Make-a-Wish Foundation as well as actively supporting several other charitable organizations in the area.
I am looking for someone kind, confident and genuine. I also think it is important for there to be a level of physical attraction between 2 people in any romantic relationship. I find that a great personality makes someone much more attractive! I would love to meet someone who is happy, fun to be around, bright, well-adjusted, independent and not too superficial or materialistic. I get along well with open-minded individuals who are honest, friendly and generally non-judgmental, (especially when it come to sticky subjects like politics and religion). A good sense of humor is a must!
