Hi, thanks for taking the time too read this. I realize not everyone reads the profiles, but I think it's important. I recently moved back to Chicago for the second time. Even though I didn't grow up in the Midwest, I found Chicago impossible not to fall in love with. I grew up in Connecticut and New York but, have lived quite a few places throughout my adult life. After paying all my dues for work, moving around, when I finally got to pick a place to stay put, I came back to Chicago. I honestly think it is one of the best cities in the world. As you can see by my pictures, I am a pretty family orientated guy. I have 3 nephews ages 9,8,5 and a niece who is 4. All of whom I adore. I would love to have kids at some point, until then having my niece and nephews only an hour away, allows me too spoil them rotten. I have an older sister who's 2 and 1/2 years older then me, and we have two younger brothers 23, and 21. We are all close. I work hard, but still take the time to enjoy life and take advantage of living on the lake in this amazing city. I am basically a fun, single, adventuresome, romantic, guy who is emotionally and financially stable. I don't have any baggage (Emotionally or Physically). I have never been married, but I came very close a few years ago. I was in a pretty long term relationship that didn't work out, and now here I am. New city, loving my life, loving my job, and loving Chicago. So, I thought I would give this a shot and see what happens. I have worked hard and overcome a lot to get where I am in life. I am finally at a place in my life that I am happy, in a city I love, a job I love, and am honestly looking for the missing piece. Someone to share it with. I think guys take much longer then women do to get to that point in life where you know what you want, and are mature enough to make things work. I am looking for something real, lasting and hopefully a relationship with a future. I am am active guy, I also realize if you don't stop and watch a sunset once in a while, your missing out on life. I am the type of guy who will get creative and find new and fun things to do. I still travel for work, but its not a crazy amount. I still enjoy it, and I can usually finagle a business trip ( When the work is done) in to a weekend away, if I want too. I love being spontaneous, and getting away for a weekend is always a great idea in the winter. Not to sound like a sappy teenage vampire movie, but I still believe in chivalry and romance. I think a lot of it has been lost in the age of texting, and E-mailing. Don't get me wrong, I am guilty of it too. I just think romance is way too underrated. My view on it is if you want a healthy, lasting relationship you need to keep romance a priority. Hobbies: I Scuba dive, Ski, play Hockey, and anything to do with the beach. I love too get on my motorcycle for a weekend, with no particular destination in mind and go. I love music and will pretty much go see anyone live ( I will still play a little here and there), going to plays, trying a fun class with someone, wine tasting, going to a Cubs, Bears, or Black Hawks game. I like sports, but I would rather be playing them then watching. You will probably never find me plopped on the couch watching football all day. Going out for dinner and drinks, or making a romantic night staying in. I keep myself busy, but not too busy that I don't have time for myself or someone I am in a relationship with. I can usually find humor in almost everything, I will keep the both of us laughing most of the time. Being in sales and sales management, I am a pretty outgoing guy, I am honest, sometimes a little blunt, but I tend to ware my heart on my sleeve. So, those are the basics. Anything you want to know, just ask. I hope too hear from you.
