Nope, no ring on my left hand. I figured I would mention it since it tends to be one of the first things we look at (or it should be) when meeting or seeing someone of interest. I am trying to make this online dating experience as close to a normal meeting as possible. Well, I guess online dating is probably becoming more normal than not these days.
II am a complete believer in timing is everything and people come into our lives for a reason. Maybe we are suppose to meet for some reason other than dating if only for a good first date story, who knows?
I must admit I sometimes understand why God has made me a blonde and would like to find someone to witness and share these very moments. It is far more interesting to catch these moments in action versus me telling the story later. I definitely do not consider myself a ditsy blonde, but rather see being blonde as having a universally accepting excuse for when I do something stupid. It’s kind of like my get out of jail free card. What's your life's freebie?
I come from a very close family with strong midwestern values. I love spending time with my nieces and nephews when given the opportunity. I am still coming to terms with the fact they are now at the age of texting. Nothing can be more disappointing than when you receive a text message thinking it is hot plans for Saturday night but ends up to be your nephew texting about how his mom is not giving him his way. In all honesty, I actually love getting texts from them because it makes me feel like the super cool aunt.
