I have lived in Houston for quite a few years now, transplanted from Montana. I am finding it has become more difficult to meet quality individuals so I thought I'd give this a try!
I am a project person. I really love to build things and take a great sense of pride once I've completed a project and can stand back to soak different aspects of it in.
I would not call myself a "foodie" but I love taking advantage of the amazing restaurants that Houston has to offer and never pass up a good glass of wine.
I really enjoy traveling and take every opportunity I get to explore new areas, whether it's in Texas or somewhere on the other side of the world. I think it's one "investment" you can make for which you get a significant, immeasurable return.
It's important for me to stay physically active. I am currently training for a triathlon. I love playing team sports and wish I had more opportunities to be involved in leagues around Houston.
I probably work too much. But I am passionate about what I do; I would much rather want to work than be sitting behind a desk counting down the minutes to EOB every day.
I really enjoy being exposed to different cultural activities, from theater to art galleries. I also love going to Texans games or other local sporting events.
