To the point: I would like to find an honest, genuine, beautiful person. Someone who likes to work hard and play hard. Someone whose family and friends are important to them but does not let those around them control them. I want somebody to be happy eating at home just as if they were fine dining. I want somebody who's not afraid to explore and learn new things. I want somebody who wants to live life to the fullest. I want someone who learns from their mistakes. I want somebody who won't judge me because I'm simply dictating this and not typing it with punctuation. ;-)

After 10 years of being with the same girl and being married for 5 of those years I am beginning a new chapter. I am excited and optimistic as I start over. I'm a little wiser these days too.
So... A little about me. I was born in Miami which is probably why I love tropical places. I lived in Chicago for a few years which is why I don't really like the cold! I moved to Los Angeles only to fall in love with the weather and the people yet moved to Boston for high school before being able to come back for college.
I love hanging out with my family, friends, going out and exploring the town. I'm a huge foody, I love to cook, travel,watch sunsets, go to movies, concerts and play/watch sports.
I listen to everything but grew up listening to RB, Hip Hop, Rap, Electronic/Trance, Rock blah blah blah... Anything that makes me feel a beat is my general rule.
I'm looking for someone who has similar interests, but I appreciate people who can bring something new to the table. I am a big believer in constantly expanding your comfort zone. Being complacent is boring but can be nice when you need the down time.
I have a big generous heart, I love animals and I live to make people smile. I love joking around and appreciate sarcasm. I have a tendency to go above and beyond for those around me. My job involves helping people on a regular basis and I've been told I care TOO much at times. You should never expect anything back for going out of your way for people but then you can't help but hope that you efforts will get noticed, appreciated and perhaps even returned.
For a first date, I would tend to lean towards some drinks and appetizers to start. If we have a connection, maybe we can grab dinner/lunch later that evening/day. Perhaps we might even decide on going to hit up a bar, go dance, go to a movie, or just hang with some of friends.
I literally just want to find someone new who enjoys having fun and who enjoys having fun with me. There is no pressure to hook up and I am into rolling with the flow. If a friendship or relationship develops then great, but I'm not going to die just because things don't work out. I don't have any expectations with this whole online dating thing but figured I would give it a try and see what it's all about!
