Why is describing yourself the toughest thing to do? Let's see, I was raised in Alabama and Tennessee but have a huge family in California. My father is a cost engineer (glorified accountant...I think) for a construction company in Alabama and my mother is an eccentric college professor in Northern California...so I guess you could say I got the full spectrum of personalities growing up. I like to think it lead me to have an open mind and can be objective about any situation.
I graduated college in 2011 and moved to Atl shortly after and began working for a tech start-up company in mobile web. I am definitely a nerd at heart no matter how much I try to act otherwise. I played rugby in college and wish I could continue playing now, but I don't have the time to devote to a sport that demanding and I am a little tired of the trips to the orthopedic clinics.
At the risk of sounding like an arrogant prick, my thesis project in college was published in an international social sciences journal. Probably my proudest moment.
I love the outdoors and hiking/camping, especially the feeling of being self-sufficient in any environment. I would like to explore more of Atlanta, I live and work in Buckhead so my world is just the little bubble. I have been described by my friends as needing a girl who can maintain my attention span. Sometimes that gets me in trouble with the crazy ones
I don't claim to have my life figured out yet but I am not afraid of making mistakes. Life is too short to surround yourself with people that you don't enjoy. Well, I'm just sitting here on a work trip saying too much. Gotta leave something for conversating right?
Email me or wink at me or whatever, nobody can get what they are looking for if they don't go after it.
