I'm on here because like everyone else I would like to find a partner in crime to have fun with in this crazy thing called life. I am happy and have my life together in all other aspects, but I'm realizing how difficult it is to meet people in bars and nightclubs.
I'm looking for someone who, like me, has a good career and is motivated, but still realizes that work isn't all that is important in life. I take a lot of pride in the fact that I have common sense and a strong work ethic. I tend to be independent, headstrong and even mildly sarcastic at times. I prefer a few quality friends over a lot of unreliable ones.
I am originally from a small town in Western NC. I can still have fun going out downtown but I equally enjoy staying in for a chill movie and cooking dinner. I would like to find someone who is also in that stage in their life where they enjoy going downtown occassionally, but not all the time. I've found that I enjoy hanging out with friends conversating over a game, dinner, or grilling out poolside to be much more enjoyable than a night downtown. I also like checking out some cool local spots for drinks!
Summer is by far my favorite season - I love nothing more than grilling out and laying poolside with a few beers. Random weekend trips to the beach make me happy. I GTL. I enjoy cooking and baking- and by cooking I mean taking recipes and saying what the heck and customizing it to be my own little creation.
Music is my therapy of choice - it can completely change the mood of your day and you can most definitely tell what mood i'm in by paying attention to the music I have playing. If you recognize my page title, you'll know I love Kanye West's "Flashing Lights". I'm a rap/hard rock/alternative music type of girl. Some of my favorite music artists include NIN, Deftones, Filter, Drake, My Darkest Days, Lil' Wayne, Kanye West, and LMFAO. I have a bright future ahead and want to find my special someone to share it with - I hope he's out there.
