I am a happy, well-rounded, fun-loving affectionate person. I've been blessed with a great life, but I would really like to share it with someone. I'm looking for a best friend in a relationship. I love adventure, a good challenge and believe in following your passions and turning your dreams into a reality. I've had quite the bucket list, but have to update it because I've checked most of it off! I love to laugh and be silly. I'm one of the fortunate ones who have always loved my career. My work has always been more like a hobby. I recently re-shifted my focus to work that hopefully makes a difference in the lives of others on a daily basis. I'm happy to be in a place where I maintain balance with work and personal time. I'm looking for someone who values their personal life as well as their professional life and knows how to have both. I've never been married as a result of "wrong matches" and not meeting enough "potential matches." I am excited to share my life with someone who is comfortable in their own skin and ready to share their time, heart and laughter, as well. I do NOT subscribe to the "Jerry McGuire" theory of finding someone to "complete me." I believe (especially at this point in our lives) we both should be a whole and complete person before entering into a relationship with someone. I believe that in a relationship, you are a "team." Being kind, loving, forgiving, encouraging and supportive are key- because afterall, you are only as strong as your weakest link- so why not wake up each day thinking about loving and serving each other vs. looking for "what's in it for me?" I love anything outside and have a passion for travel. I've had the fortune of traveling to over 20 countries and have spent 1-4 month long stints volunteering in Africa. Travel has influenced my perspective, deepened my appreciation for my life and opportunities and opened my heart for others who don't have the good fortunes our great country provides. I truly value "the little things" and appreciate a gentleman. I'm not into drama and see no need for games. Life's too short and games are exhausting. I mean what I say and say what I mean and hope for the same in return. I believe in keeping it simple. I give 100% and love to love! I'm looking for a Christian, confident man who's honest, direct and dependable. :-) P.S. I am not interested in a long-distance relationship.
