Time for an update 3/2013: I'm now doubting whether match actually works or not. I've met some very nice people on here, but none of them I actually "click" with. This might sound lame, but I want to find "The One". Is it you?
A little about me... Well, I'm tall and goofy (looking). I don't have the time to go out and meet people as often as I like, so I thought I would try this. I work very hard in the OC and volunteer my time to coach kids (taking time away from coaching right now - too many jerk parents), but am looking for someone to spend some free time with. Most people say I am fun to be around. I am a big sports fan (what guy isn't). On Sundays, during football season, you can find me at my local Steelers bar. Otherwise, it's hockey (Go Kings Go!), soccer (LA Galaxy) or F1 racing (Ferrari). I can just as easily hang out at home as dress up for a night on the town. I enjoy both, although I am tired of the bar scene as a dating venue.
Physically there isn't a certain type that I go after. I like all sorts of different women. I would prefer someone athletic that can keep up with me, so we can play soccer, disc golf, etc, but these aren't requirements. I'm looking for a smart and relaxed woman who knows how to have fun. She needs to have a good sense of humor and can put up with my sarcasm, as I am incredibly sarcastic. But I don't mean anything by it. If I make fun of you, that means I consider you a friend. As I mentioned above, the LA Galaxy is one of my favorite teams (and soccer is my favorite sport), and I like to go to some of the games every season. I would love to have someone to take with me, but be forewarned, I am part of a supporters group (people who stand and cheer the whole game), so gameday can be a little intense. If you don't understand soccer, I will be happy to explain it to you. And sorry, David Beckham has left the Galaxy, he plays in France now. I know that's what most women care about. ;-)
