I am originally from the East Bay and really glad that I can visit my family as often as I want, since they are very important to me. I really enjoy going out with friends, whether it be restaurants/bars on the weekend or participating in sports and other activities. I am very easy going, except for when it comes to competitive sports.
I like to travel and feel that I am overdue for another trip. I try to travel internationally at least once a year, my last trip was to Sweden and Denmark and prior to that I have been to China, Thailand, Costa Rica and Europe. My next trip will hopefully be South America.
I enjoy sports or anything else active that challenges myself. Recently I have been participating in group events such as tough mudder, oyster race and triathlons. I joined a group of friends in a season ski lease and try to make it up to Tahoe a couple of times a month, unfortunately there isn't much snow this year so it wasn't my best investment :)
Facts: Want to go skydiving, have zero ability to grow facial hair (not from lack of trying - last 2 movembers, any international trip over 2 weeks, for a couple of periods in grad school), don't like beets or celery, love avocado and think guacamole can be a meal.
I'm looking for an active girl who is independent with her own goals and aspirations. Ideally I would like someone active with a liking for the outdoors and going out socially. I am sarcastic so looking for someone who has and appreciates a sense of humor.
