When I'm not crafting action thrillers, I'm exploring Venice on my bicycle, looking for the perfect heirloom tomato at the farmers market, checking out a KCRW Sunday Night concert at the Hollywood Bowl, an exhibit at LACMA, or exploring Solstice Canyon with my camera. I also renewed my season pass to Mammoth. (I used to teach kids to ski.)
I love trying out restaurants, and cooking at home, especially if it's a way to your heart. Food is a big part of my life, but I keep it healthy. I put in my hours at the gym so I can enjoy myself outside of it!
I grew up on the east coast, I come from a large and loving family, where laughter is the dominant expression, which is probably why my Grandfather lived past 100. I lived in Brooklyn, NY in my 20's, a great training ground for dealing with life’s ups and downs. I've traveled all over the world; Asia, Western, Central and Eastern Europe, Israel, Costa Rica. (All my photos are from a trip in March to London, Paris, Vienna, Budapest and Dubrovnik.) My future wish list includes a safari in Africa, the World Cup in Brazil, Maccu Picchu, and I'd like to honeymoon on an overwater bungalow in Bali or Bora Bora.
I make time for my friends and family, who are now all over the globe. I volunteer when I can, trying to do my part. I have good manners, a strong moral center and a solid character. I am a decent, spiritual person, but I'm not dogmatic. If there is a path that I walk, it is one of LOVE.
I'm hardworking and ambitious, but not so much that I can't make time for someone special. I am ready for something real, for a woman to cherish.
