I'm a down to earth, outgoing person who embraces situations to the fullest! Life is very short, except when you are waiting at the DMV, so I try to glean all the joy out of each day. I am open-minded and non-judgmental. I know how to speak my mind but I do so with a smile. I'm confident but I know my shortcomings. I'm considered a generous and loyal person in all aspects of my life, especially in friendship. I am true to myself and believe in the importance of being who you are and saying what you mean. I am a first grade teacher and truly enjoy going to work each day. I am always on time because I realize how precious it is. I recognize the value of 'the little things' and know that they are actually the big things. I love watching football and like to work out in the gym and run in Central Park when the weather is nice. Actually, more like jog. Ok fine, I just walk briskly, but I do it and I have muscular calves to prove it ! I have been told that I make a mean grilled cheese sandwich and I can bring down the house with my karaoke version of “Let’s Hear It For the Boy” and “Pour Some Sugar On Me” (although I am quite versatile). I'm always looking forward to the future and finding the good and fun parts of it. I believe that honesty and integrity are what separate the men from the boys. I am looking for a MAN who can complement me, not compliment me (although a little of that never hurts). NEW YORK ONLY PLEASE!
