It feels awkward describing myself because I'm pretty shy and modest, but here it goes. I'm really a goof ball and I love to laugh.
I laugh at my absentmindedness on a regular bases. I'm a native New Yorker, grew up in Manhattan, a true city girl afraid of most creepy crawlers of the insect persuasion.
I've been told often that I have a youthful demeanor. I think kindness and compassion are very important qualities in a person, and I hope to meet someone that I can have a happy future with. I'm not perfect nor do I expect my partner to be. Some of my less desirable qualities are that I tend to curse in conversation when I am nervous or excited. :) I use or overuse smiley faces in texts.
I love children and thankfully the feeling is mutual :) I enjoy being a kid with them so working as a caregiver comes naturally to me. Started the whole college thing late in life and am currently working towards a dual degree in Social Work and Middle Eastern Studies.I plan on dedicating my career to helping others help themselves (social worker's motto) :)
I am very close with my family, I love animals, good food, good people, and would like to travel more and see the world.
