Umm where do I start? I like to laugh and enjoy every day, even the cold rainy ones. I am pretty easy going, love to have fun but I know when to be serious.
I have lived in LA since 2006 and I cannot leave. LA has grown on me and I love it. Prior to moving to LA I lived in Union City (the bay area) and before that I was in in Uganda for about 20 years.
A little about me; I am a tough-minded, independent thinker who likes to explore ideas and I can find something to laugh at in most situations. I focus easily, think quickly and take an analytical approach to issues and ideas.
Autonomy is essential to me and I am comfortable working or pursuing my hobbies alone but would like to find someone to enjoy doing these hobbies with.
I am a morning person that loves to fix anything that is broken. I take pleasure in helping people, especially those who are not as happy and blessed as I am or who are unprivileged. I am very friendly and people are always comfortable around me.
I gravitate to women who are intellectually exciting and like to discuss topics broadly and thoroughly and also who are self-sufficient. I gravitate to women with good social skills--someone who weighs alternatives carefully, listens actively and handles conflict with nuanced grace. I also like someone who is spontaneous, even mischievous, as well as a mate who can appreciate my rugged individualism.
