I recently graduated from VCU with my masters degree in social work and I'm beginning my new career as a social worker. I am about to start my new job doing intensive in-home counseling with adults and children with mental/emotional/behavioral issues. It's going to be a difficult job, but it's just the first step in my career. Eventually I will become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and be able to be an independent therapist, which is my ultimate career goal. I'm extremely driven and passionate about what I do. I'm also very personable and social; I have an easy time talking to most people. I think it's the nature of being a social worker :) I love being active and doing things outdoors when the weather is nice, such as hiking, going on picnics, etc. I recently joined a summer kickball league with a bunch of girls from my program, which I'm really excited about!
I'm looking for someone who is fun, social, smart and funny. I like go out and do things with friends and would love for the guy I date to be willing to join in. That's not to say that I don't like spending some nights in, because those are nice as well. Feel free to e-mail me if you're interested :)
